Enabling Javascript On Your Browser

You must have JavaScript enabled in order to use the ElectroWise website. Contact us if you need further assistance, or continue to experience problems.

Internet Explorer 5+

  • Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Internet Options"
  • Click the "Security" tab
  • Click the "Internet" zone and then click the "Custom Level" button
  • Find the "Scripting" category near the bottom of the list
  • Click "Enable" under "Active Scripting"
  • Click the "OK" button, and then "OK" again
  • Return to ElectroWise and Reload the page

FireFox 1.0+

  • PC: Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click the "Options"
  • Mac: From the "Firefox" menu, select "Preferences"
  • Click "Web Features"
  • Click on the "Enable JavaScript" check box
  • Click the "OK" button
  • Return to ElectroWise and Reload the page

Opera 7.0+

  • PC: Select the "Tools" menu
  • Mac: From the "Opera menu"
  • Select the "Quick Preferences" menu
  • Make sure "Enable Javascript" is checked
  • Return to ElectroWise and Reload the page

AOL 9.0+

  • From AOL Toolbar, click "Settings"
  • From the "Settings: Essentials" dialog box, click "Internet [Web] Options"
  • Click the "Security" tab
  • Click the "Internet" zone and then click the "Custom Level" button
  • Find the "Scripting" category near the bottom of the list
  • Click "Enable" under "Active Scripting"
  • Click the "OK" button, and then "OK" again
  • Return to ElectroWise and Reload the page

Netscape 7.0 and higher, Mozilla 1.7+

  • PC: Select "Edit " from the menu bar and click "Preferences"
  • Mac: Select "Mozilla" from the menu bar and click "Preferences"
  • Click and expand the "Advanced" menu
  • Select "Scripts & Plug-ins"
  • Click on the "Enable JavaScript for Navigator" checkbox
  • Click the "OK" button
  • Return to ElectroWise and Reload the page

Netscape 6+, Mozilla 1.2+

  • Select "Edit " from the menu bar and click the "Preferences"
  • Click the "Advanced" category
  • Click the "Enable JavaScript for Navigator" checkbox
  • Click the "OK" button
  • Return to ElectroWise and Reload the page

Safari (Mac OS X)

  • Select the "Safari" menu and click "Preferences"
  • Click the "Security" tab
  • Click the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox
  • Close the Preference window
  • Return to ElectroWise and Reload the page
